New Venture Creation Learnership L4: Expression of Interest Background In order to comply with the regulations of the Public Finance Management Act and to ensure a competitive procurement process, THETA invites prospective Training Providers to apply for inclusion in the list of Training Providers that would assist Theta roll-out a New Venture Creation Learnership Level 4 (SAQA ID 23953). NEW VENTURE CREATION LEARNERSHIP THETA intends to contribute towards small business development by way of running a New Venture Creation Learnership. Whilst Theta receives the Expressions of Interest, it reserves a right to allocate Learners to a particular Training Provider. Therefore acceptance of a Training Provider’s information by Theta is without prejudice and no inferred obligation. It is important to note that should an applicant be successful in their application to be included as part of the Training Providers to run New Venture Creation, THETA is under no obligation to utilise their services. Successful applicants are not in any way: Guaranteed future business; Guaranteed to be requested to quote for future business; Guaranteed to receive repeat work from THETA in the event of some future application being granted. Respondents to this Expression of Interest are expected to be fully conversant with and have extensive experience in at least the following: Services Seta approved NVC training delivery Computer literacy; Email and internet usage; Understanding of the Acts that govern SETAs operations. Whilst THETA is issuing this EoI in good faith, it reserves the right to cancel or delay the selection process at any time without providing reasons therefore, and reserves the right not to select any of the respondents to this EoI, again without having to provide reasons for such a decision. 2.
