ABSTRACTObject:ToinvestigatetheeffectsofrSjcproteinonCD4+CD25+Treg,andFOXP3proteinlevels,providingscientificproofsandbasisfortheinhibitoryfactorfromSjintreatmentofwomenwithunexplainedrecurrentspontaneousabortionorautoimmunediseases.Methods:(1)ThestudyoninterventioneffectsofrSjc:TheCBA/Jfemalemiceweredividedintofourgroupsrandomly:normalpregnancymicegroup,URSAmicegroup,CsAgroupandrSjcgroup;rSjcgroupwasdividedintoninesubgroups,eachsubgroupwasintraperitonealinjectedon0.5d,4.5dand9.5dpost-pregnantattheconcentrationsof5,10and20mg/kgrSjc.InCsAgroup,CsAwasintraperitonealinjectedon4.5dpost-pregnantattheconcentrationof5mg/kg.Themiceweresacrificedon14.5dpost-pregnantandtheembryoabsorptivityratewasdetected.(3)ThestudyoninterventionmechanismofrSjc:PutthemosteffectivetoreduceembryoabsorptivityasrSjcgroup（4.5d，10mg/kg）.rSjcgroupwascomparedwithnormalpregnancygroup,URSAmicegroup,CsAgroup:TherateofCD4+CD25+TreginCD4+Tcellsofspleenwasanalysedbyflowcytometry;FOXP3inpathologicalsectionsofthepregnantmiceuterinedeciduawasdetectedbyimmunohistochemistry,andIODwasevaluated.Results:（1）InrSjcgroup，theembryoabsorptivityratewasdecreased.Theembryoabsorptiverateof4.5d-10mg/kgsubgroupisreducedto（5.88±0.13）%，whichwassignificantlydifferentfromthatofgroup5mg/kgand20mg/kg，buttherewasnodifferencebetweennormalgroupandCsAgroup（p0.05）.(2)InrSjcgroup，therateofCD4+CD+25Treg:CD4+Tcellsinspleenwereincreasedto（9.37±0.42）%，whichwassignificantlydifferentfromURSAgroup（p0.05）,buttherewasnodifferencebetweennormalgroupandCsAgroup;IODvalueswhichweremarkedbyFOXP3immunohistochemicalofrSjcgroup,normalgroupandCsAgroupare7947.66±25.38,14754.9±36.27,11044.86±49.88respectively,whichweresignificantlydifferentfromURSAgroup（57.93±15.32）（p0.05）.Conclutions:（1）ForthefirsttimerSjcwasusedtostudyunexplainedrecurrentmiscarriageinmicemodel,whichpreliminaryconfirmedcanreducethepregnantratembryoabsorptionrate,improvethepregnancyoutcometoacertainextent.（2）PreliminaryconfirmedthemechanismofrSjcimprovingtheendofunexplainedrecurrentmiscarri
