AbstractCriminalsettlementsystemisthewaytosolvethecaseofanimportantsystem,andhowtoprotecttherightsofvictimsofcriminalreconciliationsystemimplementedkey.Protectionoftherightsofvictimsinthecriminalsettlement,notonlyhastheefficiencyvalueandsecurityvalue,butalsothevictimtogetcompensationforthematerialandspiritualcompensationassoonaspossible.CriminalProcedureaimistopunishcrime,protecthumanrightsandpunishthecrimeofpurposehasbeenstrictlyimplemented,andbasedontheprotectionoftherightsofvictimsofneglect,itisdifficulttosaybytheinitiationofcriminalproceedings,totheeffectoftheprotectionofhumanrights.Foralongtime,underthetermsofpatternoflitigation,thevictimagreedtobeforgotteninacorner.Inthispaper,probablymorethan30,000words,composedoffivechapters.Thefirstchapterisanoverviewoftheprotectionoftherightsofvictims,introducedtheconceptofthevictim,featuresandlegalbasis.InteractiverightsofvictimsunderChapterdetailedanalysisofcriminalreconciliation.Includesfiveaspects,namelythebasictheoryofcriminalreconciliation,thesecondistheroleofthecriminalsettlementinprotectingtherightsofvictims,andthethirdisthetheoreticalbasisoftherightofvictimsofcriminalreconciliation,thefourvictimsrightsincriminalreconciliationenjoyedFifthVictiminthecriminalsettlementinrightsprotectionmode.ChapterIIIpresentsinsufficientprotectionoftherightsofvictimsandthecriminalsettlementsystemandanalyzethereasons.Onthisbasis,thefourthchaptertheauthorproposedtoimprovetheprotectionoftherightsofvictimsofviews,thelastchapteristoestablishmechanismstoprotectvictimsrightsintwospecialcases,improvetheprivateprosecutionincriminalcasesintheprotectionoftherightsofcrimevictimsandinstitutionalvictims.Keywords：Victim；CriminalReconciliation；Protecttherightsofvictims目录绪论····························································································1一、本课题的研究目的与意义····························································1二、本课题的研究现状······································································1三、本课题的研究思路与研究方法···················
