IIIIIIThe clinical significance of serum CK18, CEA, CA199 in the early diagnosis and treatment of stomach cancerAbstractObjective: Discuss the clinical significance of combined detection of Cytokeratin 18 (CK18), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199) in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.Method: Particles chemiluminescence method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) method are used to detect the levels of serum CK18, CEA, CA199 in 30 cases of healthy physical examination, 40 patients with gastric benign lesions and 60 cases of patients with gastric cancer. SPSS22.0 statistical software package is used for data analysis.Results: ① Serum CK18, CEA, CA199 levels gastric cancer group weresignificantly higher than that of gastric benign lesion group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01, P 0.05, P 0.01); Compared with control group gastric the three markers of benign lesion group had no statistical significance differences (P 0.05).② According to TNM staging gastric cancer, the concentrations of CK18, CEA andCA199 in III, IV gastric cancer were greater than the concentrations in phase I and II gastric cancer patients serum, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01, P 0.05, P 0.01).③ CK18 serum concentration in the carcinoma group is higher than the concentrationin the non-adenocarcinoma group, there is statistical significance difference (P 0.05), while the CEA, CA199 in adenocarcinoma and non-adenocarcinoma group have no significant difference.④ After radical surgery, compared with preoperative difference the serum CK18,CEA, CA199 levels of gastric cancer patients was statistically significant (P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.01).
