AbstractThepaceofhumanspaceexplorationandspaceresourcesdevelopmentisgraduallyacceleratedinthedevelopmentoftechnologyandsocialneeds.AlongwiththesuccessfullaunchofShenzhou9andthedockingwithTianGong1,avarietyofspaceexperiments,spacestation,anddeepspaceprobeshavebecomeanimportanttoolofthenationalspaceexploration,resourcedevelopmentanddefenseofspaceoperations.Spacepropulsionisinseparablefromthepowersystem,themicrogasturbineengineasakindofmicro-powersystem,whichhasthecharacteristicsofsmallsize,simplestructure,andlightweight.Itonlycarriesenoughfueltoachievethelong-rangemissionswhichcanmeetthedeepspacedetectionrequirements.However,thesmallerenginesizewillbringaseriesofmicroscaleeffect,suchasprocessing,assemblydifficulties,severesurfaceheatlossandshortresidencetimeoffuel,combustionstabilityispoor,whichseverelyrestrictsthedevelopmentandapplicationofthemicrogasturbineengines.Inthispaper,theresearchobjectisthemicrogasturbineengines.Theoverallstructuraldesign,numericalsimulationandexperimentalstudiesasameanstoexpandtherelevanttechnologyresearcharecarriedoutonthebasisofitsworkingprincipleandstructurecharacteristics.Amicrogasturbineengineisdesigned.Themicroturbinerotorisintegratedwithmicrocombustionchamber,sothattheenginesizeissmallandcompact.Inordertoanalyzetheflowcharacteristicsofgasesinthetinyflowoftheblade,thefullthree-dimensionaltransientnumericalsimulationofcompressorandturbinebladesisadoptedtosimulatetheinternalgasfluiddynamics.Thereal-timethree-dimensionalgasflowstateinbladesatdifferenttimescanbeobserved.Andthesimulationaccuracycanbeimprovedbythissimulationmethod.Theperformanceofthecompressorandtheeffectofturbineoutletinstallationangletotheturbineperformanceareanalyzed.Thebearingcapacityofmicroradialdynamicpressureairbearingisnumericalcalculatedanditsperformanceisanalyzedtogetenoughradialstrengthtosupporttheturbinerotorattheminimumrotationspeed.Amicroannularcombustorisdesignedbasedonthestructuralcharacteristicsofthemicrogasturbineengines.Thegasandairarepremixedinapremixedc
