全自动旋盖机的设计 I 摘 要 随着社会的发展，我国的包装行业发展迅速，特别是自动化行业的兴起，随着对自 动化要求的越来越高，原有的机械设备已跟不上社会生产力的日益需求，我国早期多采 取人工包装，操作繁琐、单调、重复，工人劳动强度大。所以本文的设计目的为全自动 旋盖机的的设计，包括了机械，电气控制两大部份。根据原始数据的要求，完成从理盖， 上盖，瓶子的进料，旋盖以及出料等几个工序。只需简单操作就可完成,这样大大简化 了工人的劳动力，达到工业的自动化控制，机械系统包括进料输送机的设计、旋盖头的 设计以及中心转盘的设计。 本旋盖机的主要驱动部件包括一台振动料斗、两台交流电机，一台用于旋盖的直流 电机、一台步进电机，以及三根气压杆，通过PLC 的控制，来安排不同的工序，动作的 先后，各个工序间的无缝配合来完成这样一系列连续的旋盖动作，从而满足工业自动化 的需求。电气控制部分使用了PLC作为控制器，然后通过电源、接触器、继电器、脉冲 控制器、以及各个行程开关的开闭配合。设计完成全自动旋盖机的PLC编程，也包括了 整个系统电气原理图的绘制，利于设备的维护、维修，以及高效可靠地处理各个信号， 以达到整机控制的目的。 关键词：包装，自动化，旋盖，输送机，PLC 全自动旋盖机的设计 II ABSTRACT Withthedevelopmentofsociety,ourpackagingindustrydevelopmentisrapid,especially withtherise ofautomationindustry,forautomationrequirementsmore andmorehigher,the original mechanical equipment already cant keep up with the social productive forces, the growingdemand,Chinasearlymuchtakeartificiallypackaging,operatingtrival,drab,repeat, workers labor intensity.
