ABSTRACT With 30 years of China's reform and opening-up process, Family Enterprise plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring the continued development of the national economy forward. The research object of paper –Reginal Miracle LTD. which Is a representative of Family Enterprise, alongs with the improvement of macroeconomic environment is facing another enormous opportunities for development. However, Reginal Miracle LTD produced a brain drain crisis with high-speed development t. On the one hand, the rapid development of enterprise couldn’t depart from talent, especially the talented administer .On the other hand, it’s hard to retain the talent as well as using the talent perfectly .How to take effective measures to defend more brain drain is the most important thing that Reginal Miracle LTD faces . The management personnel of Reginal Miracle LTD is taken by the paper as the research object, and by analysing the status of loss of Management personnel who have undergraduate and postgraduate education ,as well as basing on the theory of the brain drain at home and abroad , interviews and questionnaire have been used to collect the data of statistical analysis. From the angle of enterprises, factors that impact the loss of the enterprise management personnel are analysed, and some countermeasures are given in the paper. The purpose of this paper is to help Reginal Miracle LTD deal with the fierce competition for talent and have right measures for the administrator management, in order to better promote the enterprise's healthy and fast development. Finally, combined with the current situation of the enterprise, the paper gives the corresponding countermeasures from the angle of human resource management. Measures are given from the culture of enterprise, management system, salary and welfare to deal with the loss of the management personnel in the paper. Aim
