内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目：年产2300吨青霉素发酵工段工艺设计 年产2300吨青霉素发酵工段工艺设计 摘 要 ,考虑到为了实现菌种放大的平稳过渡，设计采用三级发酵工艺进行青霉素的生产，菌种经种子发酵罐扩培后进入二级种子发酵罐再进入发酵罐。各种补加用料以流加的方式加入，保持产黄青霉的健康生长。设计使用4台一级种子罐、7台二级种子罐、14台发酵罐。厂房采用三层设计，在不同层放置不同类型的罐体，以满足生产需要，在厂房内部设置吊装孔，用以上吊原料。在本设计中充分考虑了理论设计量的合理性，又兼顾了实际生产的可行性的情况下对物料、能量以及发酵控制因素等进行了的计算，就发酵后期所涉及的一系列问题详细说明了其解决方法，力求设计的完整性及准确无误。 关键词：；；；Section of an annual output of 2,300 tons of penicillin fermentation process design Abstract The design injection of penicillin G as background, to carry out an annual output of 2300 tons penicillin fermentation section in the design process, taking into account the strain amplification to achieve a smooth transition, designed with three fermentation process for penicillin production , strain through seed fermentor, after expanding into the second seed culture fermentation tank and then into the fermenter.
