蔡力博士2008年毕业于北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校定量心理学专业，现任美国加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校心理系定量心理学方向、教育和信息研究研究生院高级定量方法方向副教授，以及评价、标准和学生测试研究中心联合主任。因其在测量和统计分析领域的杰出成果，2011年被美国心理协会授予Anne Anastasi青年奖，2012年获美国青年学家总统奖。 蔡力教授在统计与定量方法、教育与心理测量等领域发表论文三十多篇，担任国际著名期刊《Communication Methods and Measures》和《Journal of Educational and Behavioral Statistics》的编委。另外，蔡力教授还组织开发完成了功能强大的测量软件IRTPRO和flexMIRT，主要负责核心算法部分的实现，其中IRTPRO软件已于2011年由著名的国际科学软件公司(Scientific Software International, SSI) 出品。 附件：蔡力教授主要学术成果： Publications on Statistics and Quantitative Methodology MacCallum, R.
