摘要摘要当前的国内外环境为我国工程咨询企业的发展带来了一个良好的机遇,同时也给工程咨询企业提出了更高的要求,使企业发展也面临着巨大挑战。在机遇与挑战并存的关键时期,如何提升自身的竞争力以推进企业的健康发展是每一个企业面临的共同问题。工程咨询企业属于知识密集型行业,人是企业里最为重要的资源,是企业赖以生存和发展的基础。如何能够最大限度的调动员工的工作主动性和创造性是企业管理者永远思考的一个问题。在众多的激励因素中,薪酬是最为主要的一个,国外也有研究表明,在影响员工的80项激励方式中,报酬激励对生产效率提高的影响程度最大。工程咨询企业应该怎样建立一个科学合理的薪酬激励机制来发挥薪酬的激励作用,调动员工工作主动性和积极性,以此提升企业竞争力,这是本文要探讨问题。文章首先描述了我国工程咨询企业的发展特点、发展现状和发展前景,同时分析了工程咨询企业的人力资源现状、企业薪酬激励机制存在的一系列问题以及这些问题背后形成的原因。其次,就如何建立科学合理薪酬激励机制这个问题给出了答案:包括建立薪酬激励机制要考虑的因素、建立程序、工程咨询企业各类型员工薪酬制度以及支撑体系。最后,用一个实例论证了上述这个薪酬激励机制的应用价值。主题词:工程咨询企业,薪酬,激励ABSTRACTCurrentdomesticandoverseassurroundingsbringagooddevelopmentopportunityforengineeringconsultingenterprises.Atthesametime,italsogiveshigherrequesttoEngineeringconsultingenterprises,whichwillmaketheenterprisesfacebiggerchallenge.Atacrucialperiodwhenbothopportunitiesandchallengesareco-existing,howtopropelthedevelopmentbypromotingthecompetitivenesshasbeenaproblemfacingeveryenterprise.Engineeringconsultingenterprisebelongstointensiveknowledgebusiness,wheremanisimportantresource,andthefoundationthatenterprisesdependonforexistenceanddevelopment.howtoenactivethestaffs,activenessandcreativitytothemaximumisalastingproblemwhichmanagersthink.Amongthemanyincentivefactors,compensationincentiveisthefirst.Foreignstudyshowsthatamongthe80incentivefactorsimprovingproductionefficiency,compensationincentiveisthemostimportant.Itisthequestionwhichthispapershouldstudythathowtosetupacompensationincentivesystemwhichcanarouseinitiativeandenthusiasm,promotethecompetitivenessandpropelthedevelopmentofengineeringconsultingenterprises.First,thispaperdescribedevelopmentfeatures、currentsituationandfutureprospectsoftheengineeringconsultingenterprises.Atthesametime,italsoanalysisthehumanresourcessituation、existingproblemsofcompunctionincentiveandthecauses.Second,itanswersthequestionthathowtosetupscientificandreasonablecompensationincentivemechanism:considerablefactors.、procedures、compensationsystemsfittingfordifferentkindsofemployeesandsupportingsystems.Atlast,acasedemonstrates
