ABSTRACTTheeraofinformationtechnologyonthetalentsofthenewrequirements,socialneedsmoreintelligentpeople,creativetalents,lifelonglearning,talentandlearningtalents.Thisisboundtochangethetraditionalschooleducation.Schooleducationthekeytochangeliesintheimprovementofteachersinformationliteracylevelofteachersinformationliteracyandteachertrainingmodehasagreatrelationship.Throughprimaryandsecondaryteachertrainingstatusoftheinvestigation,comparedtheteacherstechnicalabilityandqualityrequirementsdrawn:inteachertraininginthepast,therearetrainedteachersintheenthusiasmandinitiativeofthepassiveacceptanceofthestatus,participationintraining,trainingcontentcannotbemeettheteachersactualteachingneeds,theteachersteachingsubjectsforeffectiveintegration.Withtheneweducationalideastotakeroot,trainedteachersintraininginthedominantpositionofacertaindegreeofregression,moreandmoreteachersrequiretoenjoyhigh-qualitytrainingresources,flexibletrainingmodel.Atthispoint,theneedtoexploreamorepracticalandefficientteachertraining,tomeettheneedsofeducationandteachingofprimaryandsecondaryschoolteachers.Buildanewteachertraining:teachertrainingmodelbasedonservice-orientedhybrid.Themodeltoablendedlearningtheoryasaguide,andnetworklearningplatformforthesupport.Throughquestionnaires,interviewsoftheteacherswillreceivetrainingtobetterunderstandthelearningcharacteristicsandinstructionalneedsofteachers,accordingtotheteachingneedsandlearningstylesforteachersfortheirrichandvariedtraining.Byaddingthenetworktrainingcourses,developmentofqualityteachertrainingresources,trainingforteachersinthedifferentneedsofdifferentdisciplines.Classroomteachersarebeingtrainedtocarryouttheanalysisofthequestionnaire,inordertoimprovetheteachingmodeltoadjustteachingprocess.Trainedteachersinthetrainingprocessistopayattentiontotheinitiative,attentiontoteachersexistingknowledgeandbackground,throughtheestablishmentoflearningcommunities,andmorecooperationtoteacherstobuildtheirownknowledgeandskills,cultivatethespiritofcooperationandexploretheabil
