ANALYSISONFOREIGNENTERPRISESDIVESTMENTINCHINA——TAKESOUTHKOREANENTERPRISESASEXAMPLEABSTRACTWiththeincreasingoftheinternationalinvestmentandthechangingofinvestenvironment,thephenomenonofdivestmentisincreasingdaybyday.Divestmentbringsaseriesofnegativeinfluences,asthehostcountry,wecan’ttheputanendtodivestmentcompletely,butwecanavoiditbyadoptingsomemeasuresfurthest.Thisarticlebeginswiththetheoriesofdivestmentfromdomesticandabroad.ThenitanalyzesthestatusofdivestmentinChinaandtheeffecttohostcountry,findingthatmostoftheenterpriseswhichhaddivestedfromChinaarethelabor-intensive,exported-centered,minorenterprisesandlocatedinthecitiesaroundBoHaiSea;influencesofdivestmentisgenerallynegative,butwecanseethatmostdivestmentfirmsarehigh-consumedandhigh-pollutedlabor-intensivefirms,divestmentofthiskindofforeignfirmsistheresultoftheindustryimprovementandtheresultofsurvivaloffittestasthedevelopingofmarketeconomy.Thenitcomestothecorepartofthisarticle:studiesonachievingprocessandcausesofdivestment.Afterstudyingtheprocessofdivestment,findingthatthegovernmentdoornotdowillaffectthedivestmentdecisionofforeignfirms,thatis,ifthehostcountryadaptssomemeasuresduringtheprocessofnegotiation,theforeignfirmsmaychoosetostopdivesting;itadaptsthemeasuresofqualitativeanalysisandquantitativeanalysistoanalyzethecausesofdivestmentindetail,firstlyestablishesamulti-linearregressionmodelandthentesttheresultaccordingtocasesanalysis.Finally,atthebasisofthesecauses,itmentionssomefeasiblemeasuressuchasstrengthenthegovernmentandmediaagency’sfunctionstopreventdivestment.KEYWORDS:divestment,effect,cause,labor-intensive第一章绪论§1-1研究背景及意义第一，研究外商的撤资行为是我国招商引资工作顺利进行的重要保证，也是市场经济体制下保证经济快速发展的客观要求。20世纪90年代以后，经济全球化进一步加深，在科技进步、金融创新、跨国公司全球化经营等各种因素的作用下，国际投资又有了迅猛的发展，投资方式和投资领域都发生了重大变化。目前，经济高增长地区成为国际直接投资的热点；国际直接投资与国际间接投资齐头并进；发达国家之间的互相投资成为国际投资的主流趋势；跨国公司成为国际投资的主要投资主体；跨国并购成为国际投资的主要方式。随着国际直接投资的迅猛发展和国际资本的快速流动，跨国公司从东道国撤资的比例也与日俱增，给东道国的经济安全带来一定得隐患。外资撤出对某一国家或地区的投资，可能是与维持和增加对某一国家或地区的投资一样，共同构成跨国公司全球经营战略的重要组成部分；也可能是由于经营亏损做出的撤资决定。自改革开放经过三十多年的经济发展，我
