与家属同步实施健康教育对难治性高血压病人预后影响 　　摘要目的:探讨与患者及家属同步实施健康教育对难治性高血压患者预后的影响。方法:选择96例确诊为难治性高血压患者随机分为实验组和对照组各48例,两组均在常规治疗下接受健康教育,而实验组在常规治疗基础上同步实施家属健康教育。入院后第15天采用自行设计的问卷调查表,分别对两组进行难治性高血压病知识调查,比较两组住院天数,并在出院4周后回访患者血压控制情况。结果:第15天实验组问卷及格人数明显高于对照组,住院天数少于对照组。实验组出院4周后血压控制情况也明显优于对照组。结论:对难治性高血压患者及家属同步实施健康教育,可同时加强患者及家属对疾病的认识,提高家属照料水平及配合程度,改善患者症状,提高临床疗效。 　　关键词家属难治性高血压健康教育 　　doi:10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2010.11.252 　　Abstract objective:explore The effect to the refractory hypertension by practice health education with patiens and their family members.Method:Select 96 cases diagnosed as refractory hypertension as an object of study,randomly divided into experimental and control groups with the order of hospitalization,48each group,2groups patients were receiving health education under the regular treatment,The experimental group families simultaneous implementation of health education on the basis of conventional therapy,Respectively,2group patients were investigatedwith refractory hypertension Knowledge questionnaire by A selfdesigned questionnaire at the first 15days after admission,Comparing the hospitalized days,And inquire for the blood pressure control after 4weeks discharged by telephone.Result:the experimental group was higher in the number of passing the knowledg at The first 15 days.for hospital day,experimental group significantly shorter,also for the hypertension controlling.conclusion: enforce health education to refractory hypertensive patients and their families simultaneous,thepatients and The families may know more of the disease,Improve the level of care and coordination level for family members,Improve patient symptoms,reduce complications and improve clinical efficacy,enhance patient satisfaction. 　　Key wordsfamily member;refractory hypertension;health education 　　难治性高血压(RH)是指对高血压患者实施调整生活方式以及应用至少三种足量??压药物尚未达标时,称为难治性高血压[1]。难治性高血压一经确诊,往往需要终身治疗,给家庭和社会带来很大经济负担。观察发现,在坚持长期改善生活方式和持续药物治疗过程中,不仅需要病人严格自我管理,更需要家人的配合与支持。我科2006年1月～2008年10月在实施常规健康教育的同时,对家属也同步实施健康宣教,取得一定效果,现报告如下。
