二维超声彩色多普勒对扩张性心肌病与缺血性心肌病鉴别诊断 　　【摘要】目的 探讨二维超声彩色多普勒对扩张性心肌病与缺血性心肌病的鉴别诊断价值。方法 对我院2008年9月～2010年11月收治的59例患者扩张性心肌病二维彩色多普勒超声检查结果进行回顾分析，并选取同期收治的55例缺血性心肌病患者为对照，比较两者彩超结果。结果 扩张性心肌病心脏呈球形，各房、各室均普遍扩大，且心室壁薄，心脏运动减弱。而缺血性心肌病患者则以局部扩大为主，呈现出节段性室壁运动减弱。扩张性心肌病组患者心脏瓣膜返流率达98.28%，且部分患者多个瓣口均有返流现象。而缺血性心肌病组患者瓣膜返流率仅57.41%，且返流多见于二尖瓣口。与缺血性心肌病组比较，扩张性心肌病患者心脏舒张、收缩功能均降低。结论 二维超声彩色多普勒可作为临床鉴别扩张性心肌病与缺血性心肌病的首选方法。 　　【关键词】扩张性心肌病 缺血性心肌病 彩色多普勒 超声 　　中图分类号：R445.14 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-0515（2011）4-013-02 　　Two-dimensional supersonic colored Doppler to expanding myocardiopathy and anemic myocardiopathys differential diagnosis 　　Li jie 　　（Sichuan Zizhong County Peoples Hospital） 　　【Abstract】Objective Discussion two-dimensional supersonic colored Doppler to expanding myocardiopathy and anemic myocardiopathys differential diagnosis value. But anemic myocardiopathy group patient valve back-streaming rate only 57.41%, and the back-streaming sees in the bicuspid valve mouth. Compares with the anemic myocardiopathy group, the expanding myocardiopathy patient heart diastole, the contraction function reduces.
