Methods Regional anatomy was studied on 10 adult cadavers to investigate the formation mechanism of nabolabial fold.21 patients underwent the procedure of liposuction and cutting down the buccal and maxillary ligament that was related with nasolabial fold skin and SMAS.Results After 6 to 24 months follow-up, a satisfactory outcome was obtained. Conclusion Liposuction and cutting down the buccal and maxillary ligament can correct the nasolabial fold effectively and safely. 　　Key words: anatomy; nasolabial fold; therapy 　　 　　鼻唇沟是颊部与鼻唇部分界的解剖标志,它随机体老化而逐渐变深,是人中面部老化的显著特征。鼻唇沟的矫正一直以来是整形外科面临的难题,目前争议中考虑最多的是如何用理想的技术得到长期持久的结果--较好地组织复位及较少地复发。本研究通过解剖学研究试图找到鼻唇沟加深的物质基础、探询有效的手术方式,并于2007年6月～2010年3月对21例要求改善鼻唇沟的患者采取抽吸离断法行鼻唇沟平复,获得满意效果。 　　 　　1应用解剖 　　1.1 材料:由南方医科大学解剖教研室提供福尔马林溶液浸泡后陈??性尸头8例,男性3例,女性5例。 　　1.2 方法:按头面部组织层次对鼻唇沟逐层解剖,完整分离出皮肤层、SMAS浅层脂肪层、SMAS层及与鼻唇沟相关的表情肌,观察各层次组织特点及各个层次的纤维连接。 　　1.3 结果 　　1.3.1皮肤层(厚度):在鼻唇沟内外侧,皮肤的厚度无显著差异。 　　1.3.2脂肪层(厚度):鼻唇沟两侧的脂肪量差异明显:鼻唇沟内侧结构致密,空隙也较小,脂肪含量偏少;而鼻唇沟外侧结构疏松,空隙较大,皮下脂肪较多且突出。这种脂肪分布的差别可能是鼻唇沟形成的原因之一。 　　1.3.3 纤维连接:鼻唇沟有明显的纤维连接,弹性大,长1～2cm,厚约5mm,其纤维松散包绕脂肪颗粒。这些纤维连接即颊上颌韧带(如图1)
