宫内节育器应用效果及影响因素临床分析 　　【摘要】目的 了解珠海市金湾区已婚育龄妇女放置宫内节育器的临床效果;了解育龄妇女在术前获得的咨询服务和术后随访服务情况及其对宫内节育器临床效果的影响。方法 以金湾区三灶镇、红旗镇、平沙镇为调查单位,对2002-2004年在计生服务机构置入宫内节育器的1200名育龄妇女进行面对面问卷调查。结果 放置宫内节育器后5年内妊娠率为5.83%,因症取出率为16.17%,续用率为64.84%;术前有38.69%的妇女获得过较好咨询服务,41.17%的妇女未获得过咨询服务,术后有37.99%的妇女获得过规范的随访服务;获得过较好咨询服务的妇女因症取出率和意外妊娠率较低,分别为13.24%、4.11%,未获得咨询服务的妇女分别是19.31%、7.73%(p 　　【关键词】宫内节育器临床效果影响因素(咨询、随访服务) 　　【中图分类号】R169.42 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-7484(2010)01-000-02 　　 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveLearn Zhuhai Golden Gulf married women of childbearing age the clinical effects of IUD insertion; about women of childbearing age received preoperative and postoperative follow-up services, consulting services and its effect on the clinical effect of intrauterine devices.Methods Bay Area Sanzao gold town, Hongqi Town, flat shazhen for the investigation unit of the 2002-2004 IUD insertion in the Family Planning Organization of 1,200 women of childbearing age face to face survey.Results 5years after IUD insertion pregnancy rate of 5.83%, due to disease out rate of 16.17%, continuation rate of 64.84%; surgery before 38.69% of the women had better access to advisory services, 41.17 percent of the women had not been consulting services, after a 37.99% of the women had standard follow-up services; won the womens advisory services better removed due to disease and unwanted pregnancy rates low, respectively, 13.24%, 4.11%, no access to counseling services for women were 19.31%, 7.73% (p lt;0.05); after regular follow-up and / or quarterly check the lower ring of women in pregnancy, to 3.71%.ConclusionContinued high rates of IUD use, safe, effective, promote the use of; advice, follow-up services can reduce the rate of removal due to disease and accidental pregnancy, improve continuation rates; should strengthen the universal and normative advice, follow-up services. 　　【Key words】IUDClinical resultsFactors(Consulting, follow-up services) 　　 　　宫内节育器(IUD)是简便、作用可逆、便于管理的长效避孕方法,我国约有1.04亿妇女使用。为放置IUD的对象提供全面、规范的咨询、随访服务,促进妇女生殖健
