彩色B超对脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块诊断价值 （湖南省益阳市中心医院湖南益阳413000）【摘要】目的：探讨彩色B超对脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块的诊断价值。方法：回顾分析120例脑梗死患者（观察组）和同期年龄相同的120例体检者（对照组）的彩超结果等临床资料。结果 观察组120例脑梗死中查出软斑及混合斑84例，硬斑16例，内膜中层增厚无斑块10例，无斑块脑梗死10例，显示脑梗死以软斑及混合斑为主，所占比例远远高于硬斑。对照组120例，超声检查出颈动脉内膜中层增厚无斑块17例，两组比较差异有高度统计学意义P=0.000(x2=214.815)。结论：及时准确的检测结果可提高病变治愈率，对防止斑块的形成对和防止脑梗死的发生有非常重要的意义，并可延缓脑梗死的发生与发展。【关键词】超声波诊断；彩色B超；脑梗死；颈动脉斑块；诊断价值【中国分类号】R743.3 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-5511（2012）04-0441-01 【Abstract】Objective: To explore the color B-mode ultrasonography on carotid plaque in patients with cerebral infarction diagnosis value. Methods: retrospective analysis of 120 cases of cerebral infarction patients ( observation group) and the same period in120 healthy persons of the same age ( control group) color results and other clinical information. Results the observation group 120cases of cerebral infarction in out soft plaque and mixed stain in 84 cases,16 cases of morphea, intima-media thickening without lesions in 10 cases,10 cases with cerebral infarction without plaque, soft plaque and cerebral infarction with display of mixed stains, the proportion is much higher than that of hard spot. The control group of 120 cases, ultrasound examination of the carotid intima-media thickening without plaques of 17 patients, two groups compare difference to have highly statistically significant P = 0( x2 = 214.815). Conclusion: the timely and accurate detection results can improve the cure rate of lesions, prevent plaque formation and prevent the occurrence of cerebral infarction is a very important significance, and can delay the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction.【Key words】Ultrasonic diagnosis; Ccolor B-mode ultrasonography; Cerebral infarction; Carotid atherosclerotic plaque; Diagnostic value脑梗死是临床上最多见的缺血性脑血管疾病之一，近些年来脑梗死患者人群逐年增加，而缺血性脑血管病的最常见原因不是颅内而是颅外段颈动脉［1］，颈部动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成是引起脑梗死的主要病因及危险因素。由于超声检查的普及，颈动脉超声检查可早期发现颈动脉粥样斑块，有效评价颈动脉粥样硬化斑块大小、范围、斑块形态、内部回声特点，对于不稳定斑块在尚未出现脑梗死的患者可预防性用药，预防脑梗死的发生，在临床中有着重要的作用，现总结分析如下。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 2009年1月-2010年12月我院采用高分辨彩超对
