护生职业人格特征研究 　　【摘要】 目的 通过护生职业人格角色化的研究，帮助学生了解其自身人格与职业人格的差异，探索其职业人格角色化途径。方法 运用问卷调查法对我院2005级139名学生进行调查。结果 护生与优秀护士在有恒性、自律性、忧虑性、稳定性和亲和性维度的差异有统计学意义，而与普通护士在忧虑性、稳定性、幻想性和亲和性维度的差异有统计学意义。结论 护理教育者要加强护生在有恒性、自律性、稳定性方面的培养，增强其社会责任感，帮助其学会自我管理和自我控制；增强其对现实社会的认识，使学生的认知和行为切合实际；并培养学生与人合作的精神；培养学生的交往能力和沟通交流的技巧。 　　【关键词】 护士学生；职业人格 　　 　　A Study on Professional Personality of Nursing Students. Nursing College of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing 100102, P.R.China 　　【Abstract】 Objective By studing the nursing role personality, try to help students understand the difference between individual and professional personality and explore the way of developing proper nursing professional role personality. Methods 139 nursing students of our college were investigated by questionnaire. Results There are significant differences in constant, self-discipline, anxiousness, stability and affinity between nursing students and excellent nurse. There are significant differences in anxiousness, self-discipline, stability between nursing students and general nurses. Conclusion Nursing educators should strengthen training students in aspects of constant, self-discipline and stability, developing their social responsibility, helping them get self-management and self-control ability, enhancing their understanding of reality, making their knowledge and behavior more practical, fostering their cooperation spirit and skills of interrelationship and communication. 　　【Key words】 Nursing students; Professional personality 　　 　　职业人格是一个人为适应社会职业所需要的稳定的态度，以及与之相适应的行为方式的独特结合[1]。健全的职业人格的培养是一个人个体角色和职业角色有机结合的过程[2]。护理工作与人类的健康事业和生命质量息息相关,这一神圣的社会职责要求护士有健全稳定的心理状态和完善的职业角色??格。现代护理职业教育在培养学生文化素质、专业技能和技巧的同时，更应着眼于培养学生具备相应的职业人格，使学生成为社会职业需要的具有健全职业人格的应用型人才。护理教育者若能帮助学生在学习期间及早做好职业生涯规划，了解自身个体人格与职业人格的差异，加强其职业角色人格的培养，不仅可以增强他们对临床工作压力情景的适应，促进人格的成熟，而且可有效地利用人才，极大地发挥其社会潜能，从而提高其工作效率和质量。 　　 　　1 对象与方法 　　 　　1.1 研究对象 对北京中医药大学护理学院2005级全体学生进行问卷调查。发放问卷共计139份，全部收回，有效问卷129份，有效率92.8%。 　　1.2 研究工具 调查工具是在北师
