浅论大学生足球比赛意识培养 　　【摘要】在高校足球课教学中，正确地引导学生，合理安排教材与教学进度，发挥学生的主体作用，并开发利用体育课程资源，逐步培养高校学生的比赛意识，以及参与体育运动的积极性、目的性，从而让学生学会学习，培养学生终身体育的意识与目的，这既是高校对培养人才的基本要求，也是我国现行社会发展的需要。结合大学生的实践和业余等特点，促其进行多方面的学习，可以提高他们的足球水平，培养其观察、应变等多方面能力，促使大学生形成良好的比赛意识。 　　【关键词】高等院校；足球教学；比赛意识培养 　　 　　Reflection on the Cultivating Sense of Football Match in College Students 　　LIYong 　　( Henan Provincial Management Center of Ball Games, Zhengzhou 450044, Henan ) 　　【Abstract】 In the teaching of football courses in colleges and universities, correct guidance of the students, reasonable arrangements of teaching materials and teaching procedures, giving full play to the students initiative, and proper exploitation of PE course resources, as well as the cultivation of students sense of match and promoting their activeness in participating in sports so as to foster their sense and objective of life-long sport exercises are the requirements of colleges and universities for sports talents and the needs of social development in modern times. Therefore, an all-round learning in view of the characteristics of the students can help to improve the football skills of students and cultivate their abilities of observing and meeting emergencies, thus helping them to form good sense of match. 　　【Keywords】 Colleges， Teaching of football, Sense of match cultivation 　　 　　足球比赛是一项集体性的对抗项目，不仅要求运动员具备良好的身体素质、技战术水平、队友间的密切配合，而且要求运动员具备优良的比赛意识。在教学和训练中，教师如果能因势利导，培养学生的比赛意识，他们就会积极主动地上好足球课。应该看到，不少学生虽然具备了良好的身体条件和身体素质，在平时的学习、训练中对技术动作掌握也很好，可是在比赛场上，却不能很好地运用。出现这一现象的一个重要原因，就是学生的场上意识差。场上意识是随着学生足球运动技能的形成而产生的，是通过技术、战术的运用和比赛实践而形成的。而常规教学没有重视对学生比赛意识的培养，这也是制约高校足球运动水平的重要原因之一，因此，加强对普通高校学生比赛意识的培养成为当前亟待解决的重要课题。 　　1比赛意识的定义 　　比赛意识可以说是足球运动员在从事足球活动的过程中，遵循足球运动的基本规律，对发生在足球比赛中的客观情况所做出的应答反应〔1〕。它是足球运动员的心理活动，是潜在于人脑之中的，是通过足球运动员的行为表现出来的。比赛意识是足球运动员的一项重要素质。如果没有良好的场上意识的培养，即使身体、技术、战术训练水平再好，也难以在比赛中取得优异成绩〔2〕。比赛意识属于人脑的机能，是一个抽象的概念。这种人脑的内在活动人们无法看见，但这种活动的优劣可以通过运动员在比赛中的表现加以评价。如行动的目的性，行动的实效性，行动的预见性，行动的应变性，行动的创造性，行动的隐蔽性，配合的协调性等。因此，对学生比赛意识的训练和培养，在足球教学和比赛中显得尤为重要。 　　2影响比赛意识的主客
