IntheidentificationwestudytheTLCofcassiaeseedwiththecontrol articlethatisemodin、chrysophano1andphyscione.Indeterminationof respect,thetextdeterminethecontentoftheemodin、chrysophano1and physcione in semen cassiae by HPLC.Besides,we primarily establish the HPLC fingerprint of medical materialofCassiaobtusifoliaL.fromdifferentpartsofChina, preliminarysetuptheanthraquinonecommunionmodeandoneofthefive majorcomponentswereassigned.Thetextprescribedifferentmedicines forthesimilarityevaluation.Thuswereflecttheinnerqualitycharacter entirely of cassia seed.Thefirsttimeweuseacomprehensivescoremethodwitheightindex including characters medicine、extractive and characters medicine to evaluate the quality.
