白内障手术术式进展 　　 摘要：目的：本文对白内障手术术式的进展进行综述。方法： 总结白内障手术的相关文献。介绍手术方式由最初的白内障囊内摘除术，到白内障囊外摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术，再至超声乳化白内障囊外摘除术+人工晶状体植入术，和白内障手术中激光的应用。结果：到现在为止仍无有效的药物能彻底治愈自内障，只能借助手术使患者复明。手术术式在不断地改进。结论：白内障手术由最初的切口大、手术时问长、组织损伤多、伤口修复慢，逐步过渡发展为切口小、手术时问短、组织损伤少、伤口修复快。 　　关键词：白内障囊内摘除术；白内障囊外摘除术；白内障超声乳化；飞秒激光Abstract： Objective：The progress of Cataract Operative Method was summarized in this paper.Methods：Summarize the pertinent literatures of Cataract Operative Method.Introduce surgical techniques are the original intracapsular cataract extraction to extracapsular cataract extraction joint by intraocular lens implantation
