直肠癌细胞对化疗药物敏感性检测相关性研究 　　[摘要][目的] 通过对直肠癌的药物敏感性进行观察研究,为临床直肠癌患者化疗提供指导性依据。[方法]通过MTT方法,对76例人体直肠癌标本进行详细记录,并进行化疗药敏检测和分析。[结果]76例直肠癌标本组织的敏感性化疗药物分别为:阿霉素、羟基喜树碱、5一氟尿嘧啶、顺铂、丝裂霉素,与其它的临床性实践研究有一定的差异,同时,联合化疗药物相比单药在敏感性上有着显著的优势。[结论]试验结果有助于直肠癌化疗用药的治疗效果预测,并对不同个体的联合用药方案提供实践依据 　　[关键词]直肠癌药敏性检测 化疗药物检测 　　[Abstract][Objective]This is an empirical study which examines the chemosensitivity in clinical chemotherapy area, aiming at providing empirical analysis regarding clinical chemotherapy for rectum cancer. [Method]With the MTT method, 76 patients who suffered carcinoma of rectum were introduced into the empirical stud
