Abstract after the cold war, the relationship between civil society and G7/G8 has changed greatly. The theme of G7 (G8) was to coordinate foreign economic policies, but with the emergence of a new cold war in the United States and Soviet Union, its main function was to unify the Western internal position to deal with the Soviet union.
