精神病患者院内感染原因及预防 　　[摘 要] 调查精神病患者发生院内感染的原因，探讨预防措施，降低院内感染的发生率。对218 例住院精神病患者，按国家医院感染诊断标准进行诊断并分析感染原因。结果 218 例患者中，发生院内感染50 例。精神病患者院内感染率较高。加强长期住院及年老体弱患者的生活护理，增强机体抵抗力，改善精神科病房管理，是减少院内感染几率的重要措施。 　　关键词：精神病患者 院内感染 呼吸道感染 肠道感染 　　[Summary] Investigating the reason of occurring psychic sufferer’s infection in hospital，discussing the preventing measure，reducing the occurring of infection in hospital.
