I 年产20000吨浓缩苹果汁生产车间的设计 摘 要 本设计主要是进行年生产两万吨浓缩果汁工厂设计。 在对全球和我国苹果产销和加工的现状进行充分调研的基础上，分析了我国浓缩苹 果汁的生产和贸易现状。拟定在三门峡市郊投资浓缩苹果汁生产厂．首先依据拟定的产 量对生产车间进行了物料、热量衡算；进而依据国内外市场需求进行了车间的工艺设计， 进行了主要的设备选型。第三，对公用事业、土建等方面也作了初步的设计方案；同时， 对水、电、汽的用量和费用也进行了估算；由于浓缩苹果汁大部分是作为出口产品，因 此为了使浓缩苹果汁的质量达到世界水平对浓缩苹果汁的HACCP也进行了详细的分析 与统计．最后本设计还作了必要的技术经济分析。 整个设计充分考虑了目前的经济状况和今后发展的需要，从节能的角度出发选择设 备。生产流程尽量提高机械化、自动化水平，同时力求技术上先进，质量上可靠，布局 上合理、规范。 关键词: 浓缩,苹果汁,蒸发,HACCP,工厂设计 II With an annual output of 20,000 tons apple juice concentrate plant design ABSTRACT This design is primarily for the annual treatment of 20000 tons fruit juice concentration ． On the basis of full investigation for the global and Chinas apple production and pro- cessing status，the design analyses our country’s concentrated apple juice production and trade status ．It plans to invest to build a concentrated apple juice production plant in San menxia suburb ．First of all ，calculate the number of production materials and aequum for the production workshop based on the elementary output ；moreover ,make a technologic design for the workshop and do the major equipment sampling according to the demand of the in- ternational market ．Thirdly ,make a preliminary design for the public sector and earthwork ； at the same time，estimate the usage and the costs of water ,electricity and fuel；as most of the concentrated apple juice are exports ，it also makes a detailed analysis and statistic for the HACCP of concentrated apple juice for the sake of achieving the world quality stand- ards ．Finally ,the design also makes the nece
