本科毕业论文（设计）二〇一六年月日摘要中小企业是现今我国市场经济主体，在对促进社会发展、建立市场经济，都在起着举足轻重的作用，是维持社会稳定的基本力量之一。在激烈复杂的经济市场竞争中，中小企业也正在面临着严重的存亡的威胁。如何让中小企业在市场博得一席之地，并杀出一条血路来。本文中作者从企业文化建设的角度探讨中小企业发展的路径。先进的企业文化能使中小企业具有一种独有理念力量来武装自己，这样中小企业才可以在大浪潮斗争中赢得一席之地。因此，认真分析我国中小企业文化建设和企业文化在发展中的现实困境，探索中小企业文化建设的对策，已成为企业经济理论研究的重要内容。本文主要从六个部分讲述:第一章，主要介绍了研究中小企业的背景和意义、国内外相关研究综述，大体阐述了本文的写作思路。第二章，相关概念界定，及企业文化建设相关理论的分析。第三章，论述了中小企业在企业文化建设中存在的问题，笔者分别从思想观念、家族色彩、企业战略等方面进行探讨。第四章，分析了中小企业在企业文化建设中存在问题的原因，笔者分别从企业文化的建设、忽略学习、制度不全等角度展开研讨。第五章，在上面部分的基础下，笔者提出了建设中小企业优秀文化的对策建议，使本文更具有实践指导意义。第六章，结论。关键词:中小企业；企业文化；对策ABSTRACTThe small and medium-sized enterprise is the main body of market economy in our country nowadays, and it plays an important role in promoting the social development and establishing the market economy. It is one of the basic forces to maintain social stability. In the fierce market competition in the complex economic, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing a serious threat to the existence of. How to let the small and medium-sized enterprises to win a space for one person in the market, and blaze a new trail.
