摘要 本课题主要针对低渗透井存在的各种问题，提出了低渗透智能型抽油机的设计思路及设计过程。本设计从传动路线着手，先提出采用滚珠丝杠副传动的设计方案，以改善传统抽油机所存在的问题，保证传动精度，电机部分采用可控电机，实现智能操作。由此根据各参数及技术要求确定出个零部件的结构，经反复计算、修正最终确定零件的结构及尺寸。根据各零部件的尺寸、安装要求及其他技术要求，最终设计出低渗透智能型抽油机。 关键词：抽油机；滚珠丝杠；低渗透；安装；定位 ABSTRACT The main subject of low permeability wells for the various problems presented low permeability of intelligent design idea of pumping and the design process.
