As one of important multi-attribute decision making approachs, , ELECTRE method has been used successfully in many ereas since it s been raised, ELEC- TRE /method is the most early ELECTRE method, which is used for solving ranking problem effectively. Commonly, theranking problem ,which ELECTRE method meets, may be divided two procedure, one is constructing outranking relation, the other is using outranking relation for ranking scheme. Aiming at the problem the stability of ranking result may be influenced by setting up too many parameters. Using idea of robust analysis for improving the method of constructing the outranking relation, then it can make the ranking result have certain robustness.
