Abstract The report aims at solve some problems and issues we’ve found in Omega Asia Limited as members of the Board and management. Besides, we also perform a six months forecast and propose a strategy in the next five years to grow the business. There are some ethical dilemmas in the bank. We use the American Accounting Association Model and the Code of Ethics for professional accountants (COE) to make an appropriate decision about the five ethical dilemmas from Jolene’s perspective. Since the Hooray Rental Cars Limited is not performing well, after analyzing the car rental industry and the trend of the business, we give our advice on specific actions such as expand new market, make rules and regulations to protect company’s inventory, introduce advanced technology, etc. Then we use both traditional tools and EVA to analyze the financial situation of the three segments of the company. After that, we make our six months short-term plan. We use six segments model, five-force model and benchmarking to analyze the external environment. And we also use traditional index, DuPont, EVA and SWOT models to comprehensive analyze the internal situation of this company. Finally we make our next five year strategy with budgeting, which include expanding business line selectively, pay more attention to risk management and internal management.
