摘 要 批发是商品流通的一个重要环节，我国的小商品批发行业经历了数次不同形式的变革， 每次都与当时经济环境、社会消费需求有着紧密的联系。批发行业发展到今天出现了许多现 有模式无法克服的困局。为此，本文从历史、现状和面临的困难等方面对我国批发行业进行 分析。电子商务是目前商品流通的新的发展方式。文中从电子商务的发展过程、基本功能、 优势和现状等方面对其进行描述。然后结合批发行业困境和电子商务的优势找出两者的结合 点，进而论述小商品批发企业向电子商务转型的必要性和可行性。 为了充分发挥优势，成功转型，小商品批发企业必须：（一）建立批发行业协会，以整 合实力；（二）与高校合作以培养人才，与政府合作以取得政策支持；（三）创新城乡一体化 的网络平台以突破困境，创新高效的物流系统以降低成本，创新农村电子商务模式以打造与 农户双赢的合作关系。 关键词：小商品批发企业，电子商务，转型 III Abstract Wholesale is important course of circulation of commodities. Small commodity wholesale industry experienced several different forms of change in China. Each change closely linked economic environment and consumer demand. Today ，wholesale profession appeared a lot of difficulties that cant be overcome by themselves. Therefore ， this thesis analyse the history， present situation and difficulties of wholesale profession. Electronic commerce is a new development mode of the circulation of commodities. This thesis de- scribe the electronic commerce development process，basic function，advantage and the present situation. Then based on the wholesale profession and electronic business ad- vantage ， the thesis want to find a point linked wholesale and electronic commerce， and to discuss the necessity and feasibility that small commodity wholesale enterprises reform to electronic commerce.
