外资进入对我国产业控制力的影响分析 摘要 在经济全球化条件下，统一的国际大市场逐步形成，各国经济也逐步形成一个密不可分的整体，经济的全球化主要反映在外国直接投资的发展上，随着中国改革的深入，大量外国投资进入中国。对于发展中国家来说，经济全球化是一柄“双刃剑”，既可以推动东道国经济的发展，也会给东道国的产业安全带来一定的隐患，所以在经济全球化的过程中，产业安全问题逐渐成为经济发展的热点问题。 由于产业控制力是产业安全的一个重要研究角度，所以本文采用相关的衡量标准来分析经济全球化下我国的产业安全问题。通过分析外国直接投资对我国产业的市场控制、品牌控制、股权控制和技术控制等方面的现状，得出我国产业控制力随着外资的不断积累正在逐渐削弱的结论。但是该结论并不代表外资进入对所有产业构成了产业安全的威胁，一方面它体现了经济全球化所导致的必然结果，另一方面也反映了我国一些产业缺乏竞争优势的实际情况，而只有对那些关乎国家经济独立性的战略性产业才构成产业安全问题，在区分不同问题的基础上，本文提出了加强我国产业控制力的政策改进建议。 关键词：外国直接投资 产业安全 产业控制力 评价指标 Abstract Under the conditions of economic globalization，economies are gradually forming a whole。The globalization of the economy reflected primarily in the development of foreign direct investment，along with the deepening of Chinas reform，Substantial foreign investment come into China。 Economic globalization is a double-edged sword，it can promote the economic development of the host country ，it also can bring certain dangers to the industrial safety。 So，In the process of economic globalization,，industrial safety is becoming the hot issue of economic development。 Because the power of industry is an important aspect of industrial safety，so this article will analysis Chinas industrial safety from the perspective of industrial power。We will combine the development status of the FDI with the evaluation indicators of the power of industry，and analysis the market control、the brand control、the stock control and the technology control of the foreign direct investment。We can get the in-depth analysis of the status of our power of industry，We can conclude that with the entry of foreign capital，our industrial capacity is gradually weakening。But this conclusion doesn’t stand for that the accesses of foreign investors giving all industries a threat of the security，only the power of the strategic industry is relative to the security。On this basis，we can make some policy recommendations to strengthen our industrial power with relevant theory and analysis。 Key words：FDI，Industry security，Power of indu
