Introduction 1.1 The Kuwait Oil Company (K.S.C.) (the Company) is a State-owned company, engaged in exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas resources from Kuwaits oil fields and export through marine terminals. 1.2 The Company requires the services of specialized Contractor(s) capable of providing Coiled Tubing and Associated Services for rig and rig-less jobs in wells in extreme climatic conditions, and have the capability, personnel, material, equipment and technology to provide such Services. 1.3 Accordingly, the Company is seeking to pre-qualify companies (Applicants) with proven capabilities and experience in the above stated Service and now invites interested Applicants to submit full details of their experience in accordance with the attached questionnaire and the Pre-qualification documents. 1.4 The result of this pre-qualification exercise will be the development of lists of companies to whom Invitations to Tender for the Services may be issued. 1.5 Please note that this is not an Invitation to Tender and quotations are not required at this stage. 2.
