立式八轴组合钻床设计.doc

摘 要 专用机床是专门用于加工一种工件或工件的一定工序的机床，它可以同时用许多刀具进行切削，机床的辅助动作部分地实现了自动化，生产效率高。本篇论文所设计的多轴钻床属于专用机床的范畴，即八轴扩—铰专用机床，它是根据工件（车轮）的特点，采用多把刀具同时加工出多个孔（八个孔），其所要完成的工艺范围是扩—铰，操作方便，效率高。 全文共分四章：第一章为总体设计；第二章为机床总体布局；第三章为主轴箱及传动件的设计；第四章为主轴箱体的设计。其中主轴箱及传动件的设计，特别是主轴箱的设计是本文的主要部分。多轴钻床的部件设计就是在总体设计的基础上，开展机床各部件的设计，然后进行零件的设计。 关键词：专用机床 多轴钻床 主轴箱 Abstract The appropriation tool machine uses for the tool machine that processes the certain work preface of a kind of work piece or the work piece exclusively, it can have to carry on slice to pare with many knifes at the same time, the assistance action partly of the tool machine carried out the automation, producing the efficiency highly. The full text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter of the overall design; Chapter II of the machine overall layout; Chapter III of the main drive axle box and pieces of the design; Chapter IV of the spindle box design. Which spindle drive tanks and pieces of the design, especially the spindle box design is the main part of this paper. Among them the part of many axles drilling machine is designed, especially the design of principal axles box is a main part of this text. It is to launch the design of every part of the lathe on the basis of the thing that design virally that the part of many axle drilling machine is designed, then carry on the design of the part.
