The Restricted Use Products Report is a compilation of both active and cancelled pesticide products classified as Restricted Use. The Restricted Use classification restricts a product, or its uses, to use by a certificated pesticide applicator or under the direct supervision of a certified applicator. (For detailed information on the Restricted Use Classification, consult 40 CFR Subpart I, 152.160) In the RUP Report the criteria on which the restricted use classification is based, uses, formulations, EPA Registration Numbers, product names, product status and revision date are organized by pesticide active ingredient (AI).
