地方建築與環境整合 國家公園原住民建築之營造模式初探 ? 李 永 展? 立德管理學院地區發展及管理研究所教授 ? 摘　要 人類生存有賴於對環境有清楚的認識，但人類目前仍相當缺乏動機去從事必要的基進改變，本文認為現在正是從事觀念改革的關鍵時刻，以重新建構自然與人類之間的關係。本文以地方建築為例，嘗試提出符合永續發展的原住民建築營造模式，本文認為地方建築若能符合「三生一體」的永續發展理念，必能有助於生物多樣性目標之達成。 本文首先從永續發展的歷程探討環境、社會、經濟三者之間的關係，建構在此論述下，本文接著指出要邁向永續性未來，將「主流典範」移轉到「新典範」的典範移轉是必經的路程；而在典範移轉的大前提下，本文以地方建築作為整合人為環境與自然環境的切入點，指陳當下有關地方建築的五大誤謬，並提出五大詮釋。建構在新典範的認知下，本文以動態的網狀結構，提出國家公園原住民建築營造模式──「五角矩陣」，希望透過此模式達到國家公園實質環境營造的永續未來。?? 關鍵詞：地方建築、永續性、典範移轉 　 Vernacular Architecture and the Environment A Preliminary Study on the Aboriginal Construction Patterns in the National Parks ? Abstract Human survival depends on the critical knowledge of the environment. However, humans are still lack of motives to undertake the necessary radical change. It is high time that humans do the necessary change to rebuild their relationships with the nature. In this article, vernacular architecture is adopted as an example to demonstrate the construction pattern of aboriginal architecture vis-à-vis sustainable development (SD) challenge. It is proposed that if vernacular architecture can take into account the 3E1L (Environment-Economy-Equity-Institution) concept, the biodiversity goal can then be achieved. This article starts with an exploration of the relationships among environment, social, and economy from the SD historical perspective. Based on this discussion, this article suggests that to achieve the sustainability future, a paradigm shift from “Dominant Paradigm” to “New Paradigm” will be needed. On the premise of the paradigm shift, the integration of human-made environment and natural environment is adopted as the starting point and six fallacies regarding vernacular architecture are pointed out.
