The task of this topic is the annual production of 300 tons of aspirin synthesis.The selected synthesis method is based on phenol and sodium hydroxide as raw material, after carbon dioxide carboxylation, then add concentrated sulfuric acid acidification, and finally with acetic anhydride reaction by crystallization, centrifugation and other operations to obtain aspirin crude.The main design content in addition to the process to determine, there are materials constant calculation, heat constant calculation, the main equipment selection, workshop equipment layout design, pipeline design.Completed the preliminary design specifications, drawing the process flow chart, the layout of the workshop and the main equipment map.
