從 人 文 與 科 技 取 向 探析e世代績優企業教育訓練模式 From Approaches of Humanity And Science to Investigate the E-era’s Training Models of Excellent Industry 黃世鈺 國立高雄應用科技大學人文社會學院教育學程中心副教授 摘 要 透過文獻分析、個案訪談以及比較研究等方法，本文從人文與科技取向，探析e世代績優企業教育訓練模式。主要的研究結果如下：一、人文與科技取向的e世代，具有知識經濟、數位學習與全球化的特質。二、企業教育訓練模式包括資源模式、合作模式、建構模式與整合模式等項。三、現行績優企業各項教育訓練模式具有學習對象、教學者、教育訓練目標、課程設計、實施方法與預期成效等內涵。四、訪談個案中，A企業具有資源模式與合作模式的樣態、B企業展現資源、合作與整合模式的特質、C企業則顯現建構模式的企圖、並能兼融合作與整合模式的功能。歸納研究發現，研究者提出本研究對人力資源規劃的啟示為：建立學理基礎、鼓勵跨領域學習與培育兼融人文與科技的通事素養；對師資培育的啟示為：涵泳均衡人文與科技知能的師資專業素養、培育創造力、引導自我管理等結論，藉供參考。 關鍵字：人文與科技。e世代。績優企業。教育訓練模式。 ABSTRACT Through documentary analysis, case interview and comparative research methods, researcher from approaches of humanity and science to investigate the training models of excellent industry. All those Result are as follow: a. the characteristics of e-era are Knowledge-Based Economy, E-learning and Globalization. b. there are resources model, cooperative model, industry perform the models of and integrative model on educational training of industry .c. the contents of educational training about current excellent industries include learners, instructors, objects of educational training , curriculum design , implement methods and predict effectiveness. d. from the case interview to discover A industry perform the models of resources model and cooperative model on educational training. B industry perform the models of resources model, cooperative model and constructive model. C industry perform the models of cooperative model, cooperative model and integrative model on educational training of industry. Models of Educational Training. 壹、緒論 溯自21世紀擅揚以來，科技意圖創發社會原狀(status quo)，穿透現代化交融互動的空間(modernity transactional space)，儼然跨越傳統的阻絕與文化的扞隔，建置科技與人文並進的知識社會風貌。 e世代基於知識經濟(Knowledge-Based Economy，KE)的挑戰與面臨全球化(globalization)的趨勢，大量應用全球
