区域卫生监督管理系统分析与设计.doc

摘 要 卫生监督涉及多个部门间的协同工作。监督部门首先到各监督对象处抽取样品，将样品登记后，将信息传递到卫生监测部门进行检验，根据监测部门出具的检验报告书来做出监督文书。传统作法是采用人工传递信息，这使得监督与监测部门都将重复录入样品信息、检验报告书等。重新开发覆盖这两个部门的系统，是非常巨大的一项工作。如何在使用原来的系统的基础上，开发一个系统覆盖这两个部门，在使用原来系统软件的基础上，实现两个部门间的数据共享已经成为了当前卫生监督管理亟待解决的问题。 本文通过对卫生监督现状分析，分析并设计了卫生监督管理系统，此系统主要包括标准代码管理、卫生许可证管理、样品管理、投诉举报管理、行政处罚管理、综合统计查询、新闻管理以及后台管理，能够满足卫生监督管理的日常需求，有利于提高卫生监督管理人员的工作效率，提高工作质量。 采用面向过程的方法对卫生监督管理系统进行了设计分析，首先对卫生监督管理的背景进行了分析，阐述了当前国内外在卫生监督管理方面的研究现状，然后从可行性、业务流程、数据流、功能需求等方面对系统需求进行了分析，最后在需求分析基础上对系统设计进行了详细说明。系统采用B/S模式，使用SQL 2012数据库作为后台数据库，确保了数据存储的安全性。 关键词：Abstract Health supervision involves multiple cooperative works between departments.
