At first，we will talk about history of the juridical person and the classical jurists’ understanding of it．On the base Of that，we will make an exploration on the essence of corporate personality．We can make the conclusion that a corporate is a independent construction which is confirmed by law．And then we will try to understand the value of independent corporate personality and the denial of a corporate personality．Thereupon we can know better about the juridical person and the corporate personality． Key words Juristic personality Corporate personality The value of corporate personality Denial of a corporate personality  武安教育城域子网网络建设的规划与设计实现 　　0引言 校园网络建设是学校建设的重要组成部分，武安市的学校几乎全部都己建立校园网，其中拥有1000 M主干带宽的学校己占调查总数的70%左右，2005年一些综合类大学和理工类院校率先升级到万兆校院网。为了适应高等教育的发展，目前高等院校由原来的校系二级办学体制，变为校、院、系三级管理体制，武安教育城域子网的办学规模越来越大。由于武安教育城域子网是教学的第一线，所以传统的校园网(它的主要服务对象是行政办公和图书资料共享)和系里的机房己越来越不适应现有武安教育城域子网的办学体制，己严重地制约了教育的信息化进展。 　　1 武安教育城域子网网络建设的意义 　　1.1充分利用校园网络资源 校园网络的设计与实施往往要从长远发展出发，购置大量的先进网络设备和计算机等硬件设施，按照校园网络规划，网络建设一般分期实施，那么不断的提高网络资源的利用率也就成为了网络建设的重要课题。我校校园网是以三层网络模型设计的，即核心层、分布层以及接入层，其中武安教育城域子网通过分布层设备与学校主干网连接，该层设备具有三层交换功能，可作为各子网内部虚拟网的路由设备。故在武安教育城域子网内部虚拟网的基础上
