广西工学院鹿山学院 题 目： 中小企业融资难及其对策探析 ——广西T物流公司案例 系 别： 财经系 专业班级： 财务管理 姓 名： 王艺君 学 号： 指导教师： 二〇一三 年 五 月 五 日 内容摘要： 中小企业是一个富有活力的经济群体，是国民经济的重要组成部分，在促进我国经济繁荣、就业增加、推动创新、催生产业等方面，发挥着越来越重要的作用，中小企业的发展增强了广西经济的实力，推动了科技进步和结构调整，为广西经济的腾飞和完成质的飞跃做出贡献。随着国际经济形势的风云变幻，企业间竞争的加剧，中小企业开始面临前所未有的困难：融资困难、用地难、技术设备落后、科技人才短缺、劳动力成本上升等。融资难是广西中小企业面临的最为迫切的问题。 本文从中小企业融资的一些理论开始，先对中小企业融资的目标、意义以及体系进行相关的概述和解说，再以钦州市Ｔ物流公司为例对中国中小企业融资的现状进行充分的分析和陈述，说明我国中小企业融资存在的问题，再针对问题提出相应的对策。通过这篇论文提出一些自己的看法和建议，希望能够帮助中小企业摆脱融资难的困境，使得中小企业能够健康的发展。 Abstract： Ｓｍｅｓ are a vibrant economic groups, is an important part of the national economy, in promoting Chinas economic boom, increase in employment, promoting innovation that gave birth to industries such as playing an increasingly important role。The development of small and medium-sized enterprises has strengthened the economic power of Guangxi, pushing forward the scientific and technological progress and structural adjustment，however, the issue of financing and has been plagued by restricting the development of Ｓｍｅｓ. Along with the international economic situation, amidst the winds of change， the small and medium-sized enterprises face unprecedented difficulties of financing, location, backward technical equipments, lack of science and technology talents and increasing labor cost. Among them, financing difficulty is the most urgent problem faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangxi.
