合金棒材车间设计和工模具钢的特点及生产 摘要 本设计是参照抚顺特钢合金钢连轧厂而设计的年产量为20万吨的棒材连轧车间。典型产品为30CrMo，直径为16的棒材。整个说明书包括综述、正文和专题三个部分。在综述部分叙述了棒材的基本知识和国内外棒材生产的现状。第二部分是正文部分，（从第二章到第九章）正文说明正文说明整个设计的总体方案,主要包括产品方案、工艺流程、生产方案的制定、金属平衡的制定、生产设备的选择、工艺参数计算、道次计算、孔型设计、轧制力能参数校核、咬入角能力校核、年生产量计算，还涉及了环保措施。另外还绘制了孔型图和车间平面图。专题部分简要介绍了关于工模具钢的特点及生产。 关键词：棒材；工艺设计；孔型设计；校核；工模具钢 Alloy bar and tool and die steel plant design characteristics and production Abstract The design is light steel rolling plant in Fushun Special Steel designed annual output of 20 tons of bar rolling workshop.
