摘 要 新中式风格是以尊重自然、追求真实、复兴古典中式艺术为宗旨,不是复古元素简单的堆砌,而是在现代装修风格中融入古典元素。设计师根据经验,结合设计原色，可以得出的一整套“量身定制”的方案。讲求现代实用性的空间结构,又吸取传统特征,在装饰与陈设中融现代与古典为一体,使室内设计在现代与古典间舞蹈。本设计将新中式风格融入中餐厅的设计，用中式设计风格来诠释中国的传统饮食文化，可以更好的展现出中国的文化特色。餐厅里运用的中式元素，包括墙面，地面以及装饰物，能为经营中式特色食物的餐厅起到画龙点睛的作用。饮食也是一种文化，本餐厅的设计就是用装饰造型的艺术来阐述饮食的内在传统文化，用设计来展示文化，以达到设计的高层次的内涵。 关键词： 新中式风格 复兴古典中式 中式元素 中餐厅 饮食文化 Abstract New Chinese style is a respect for nature, the pursuit of truth and rehabilitation for the purpose of classical Chinese art, not a pile of old elements in a simple, but decorated in a modern style into the classical elements.
