谈中小型建筑企业物资集中采购管理 　　摘要:随着我国建筑业市场竞争日趋激烈，中小型建筑企业要提高利润应从加强集中采购管理入手，挖出企业自身隐形的利润，达到降本增效的目的。本文就集中采购管理的部门建立、人员选聘、制度的订立、供应商管理、采购过程及信息平台的建立等问题进行了分析，并提出了解决措施。文章以如何加强供应商管理和优化采购过程为主要研究目标，提出了与供应商长期友好合作、在企业内部建立供应商推荐制度和精细化编制采购计划等理念。只要中小型企业不断规范化集中采购的流程，致力于提高集中采购的水平，，就能降低成本，增加企业的隐形利润，提高企业竞争力。 　　 　　关键词 　　集中采购 , 供应商管理 , 优化采购过程 , 信息平台 　　Abstract 　　With China's construction market competition becomes increasingly fierce, small and medium-sized construction enterprise to increase profits should strengthen the management of centralized purchasing, digging out the enterprise itself invisible profits, the purpose of increasing effects can be achieved. This paper will focus on purchasing and supply management departments establish, personnel hiring, system formation, supplier management, procurement process and the construction of information platform, this paper analyzed the problems, and proposes the measures. Based on how to strengthen supplier management and optimizing procurement process as the main research targets, and put forward the long-term friendship and cooperation with the supplier, in the enterprise to set up the supplier internal system and recommend fine purchase plan of conception.
