A, 2002, 2003 models:
Maintenance steps: first check whether the power line circuit breaker, then check the power supply board insurance is burnt out, if the burn should check the power tube, bridge rectifiers, 0.27UF capacitors, transformers and 8316 IC on the motherboard is damaged, and then check whether the transformer is bad. If the above checks are normal, check the main board. Check the 3.6V, 4.7V, 5.6V, 12V, 18V voltage regulator tube voltage is normal, crystal oscillator, 339IC, 555IC, C24 (104) capacitor and U3 (KA7533) is damaged, CPU, buzzer is bad.
B, 2004 models:
First check the insurance tube is burned, if the burn, then check the following components: power tube, bridge, 7805
Voltage regulator tubes, Q1 (8550) transistors, Q2 (8050) transistors, 10 ohm resistors, and CPU. Generally 7805 breakdown, CPU is likely to be burned out. If the insurance is not bad, it is possible that the insurance tube is too late to burn out, you should repeat the above inspection process, determine the above components are normal, do not switch on the wire, check the transformer whether there is voltage output.
C, 2005 models:
First check the fuse is burnt out, if bad, check the power tube, bridge, Q1 (8550) Q2, triode
(8050) R45, triode (10 Ohm) 7805 resistor, voltage regulator tube, 0.3UF capacitor is damaged, if the above elements are normal, check whether the normal switching power supply transformer or voltage output, if the switching power output, check switch board ZD2 (18V regulator) and the switch breakdown, if more than two all normal, check CPU, C11 (104), C14 (104) is normal
