It is9stories. The height of the whole building is 32.4meters. The total area is 9427.14. The earthquake resistance fortification is 7 degree, the site isⅡ. This design contents structure design and construction design. In the structure design, it contains the arrangement of the beam and slab, the calculation of the staircase, the framework of beams and columns and the foundation, and then, the corresponding drawings of the construction have been finished. In the construction organization design, it contains the volume list and sub-project pricing table quantities about the foundation project and the main part of the project, the preparation of the construction of organizational design, and mapping the progress of the completion of the construction plans and construction of the General layout.
