中老年人高血压与血脂分析摘要:目的 探讨分析中老年高血压患者的血脂水平。方法 选择2008年11月~2010年5月收治于我院的中老年高血压患者48例为研究对象,另外选择48例非高血压的健康人作为对照,比较两组对象的血总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白的含量差异。结果 高血压组血液中各种成分的含量与健康对照组存在不同程度的差异,其中,高血压组血液中胆固醇含量高血压组为5.03±1.66 mmol/L,略高于对照组的4.68±1.24 mmol/L,但二者差异不显著;高血压组甘油三酯含量为1.97±0.32 mmol/L,显著高于健康对照组的1.54±0.19,二者差异显著(P=0.042),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,高血压组略高于健康对照组,但二者差异不显著,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇同样也是高血压组略高于健康对照组,但二者差异不显著;结论 中老年高血压患者和正常健康人的血脂水平有着一定的差异,通过分析患者的血脂水平,可为临床预防高血压提高理论依据。 关键词:高血压;中老年;血脂 Analysis of blood pressure and blood lipids in elderlyAbstract: Objective analysis of lipid levels in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods in November 2008 ~ May 2010 were treated in our hospital in elderly hypertensive patients for the study of 48 cases, while in 48 cases of non-hypertensive healthy individuals as controls were compared object serum total cholesterol, glycerol 3 esters, high-density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein differences in the contents. Results hypertension blood content of various ingredients and healthy control groups have different degrees of difference, which, hypertension blood cholesterol high blood pressure group was 5.03 ± 1.66 mmol / L, slightly higher than the 4.68 ± 1.24 mmol / L, but the difference was not significant; hypertension triglyceride content was 1.97 ± 0.32 mmol / L, significantly higher than the control group 1.54 ± 0.19, the difference was significant (P = 0.042), LDL protein cholesterol, high blood pressure group was slightly higher than the control group, but the difference was not significant, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol is also higher than in healthy controls high blood pressure group, but the difference was not significant; conclusions in elderly hypertensive patients and normal healthy blood lipids has some differences, the analysis of blood lipid levels, can improve the theoretical basis for the clinical prevention of hypertension.
