齐 齐 哈 尔 大 学 毕业设计 题 目 齐齐哈尔大学学生5层宿舍楼设计 学 院 建筑与土木工程学院 专业班级 xxx 学生姓名 xxx 指导教师 xxx 成 绩 2014年 6月15日摘 要 本次毕业设计的任务要求中包括建筑设计和结构设计。建筑设计根据建筑使用功能、周边城市环境特点和建设用地条件，首先进行平面设计，并与建筑平面造型相结合进行建筑立面设计，并充分考虑防火分区及安全疏散。 钢筋混凝土框架结构设计包括水平荷载计算及其作用下的侧向位移验算、内力计算，竖直荷载计算及其作用下的内力计算，并考虑延性要求，然后进行内力组合及截面设计、设防地震作用下弹塑性变形验算、楼梯和楼板的配筋计算以及基础设计。绘制了基础平面布置图、基础配筋图，标准层柱、梁配筋图，标准层楼板和楼梯的配筋图等。 关键词：建筑设计；结构设计；学生宿舍楼 ；框架结构；抗震设计 Abstract The design includes architecture design and reinforced concrete-frame structure design. According to the user＇s demands, circumstances of city and conditions of constructive land,the first thing of the architecture design that to be finished the design of the architerture＇s requirement.Then the appearance of the architecture be finished,and so on. Concrete-frame structure design includes the calculation of horizontal loads and checking computations of it＇s lateral displacement,internal force,the calculation of vertical load,internal force, and taking the ductility into consideration, the compound stress and reinforcing bars calculated and under the action of seismic plastoelastic deformation calculation, stairs and slab reinforcement calculation and foundation design. The basic layout and the reinforcing bars drawing of foundation,column,beam of standard layer,standard floors and staircases etc. be drawed.
