The Concept demonstrates that Private Sector knowledge and expertise increases the capability to “Keep Commerce Moving” during large-scale emergencies. June 2005 Private Sector Group formed to facilitate participation in TOPOFF 04 4 organizations to begin – has grown to well over 1000 The underlying reason was to develop a legitimate public/private partnership November 2007 50 Private Sector organizations participated in T4. Private Sector in State ECC Collective and individual goals and objectives were developed, Lessons learned were discussed and plans made to address them by developing a collection of projects. January 2008 T4 group elects to remain together to address emergency management type issues, and establishes private sector EOC. Total participating organizations numbers in excess of 1000.
