教学目标:
正确使用以下单词和词组:able, beat, shame, punish, such,play a solo, refuse
to do, warn about, send away, be proud of, at the end of, in the background, during
our final practice, all together
2、能正确使用下列句型:If I play well, I will play the solo.…
3、能听懂有关叙事内容的对话。
4、能够运用所学的知识叙述简单的事情。
5、情感态度目标:
让学生乐于参与运用英语的实践活动,善于同别人交流看法。
教学重难点:
1、 掌握新单词及短语的用法。
2、会描述问题及提供建议。
教学准备
本节课型为Listening and speaking,根据新课标的要求,结合教材和学生特点,主要采用任务型互动式进行教学,结合情景法、交际法、听说法、归纳法等教学方法实施课堂活动,开启学生思维,通过一系列有条理的教学活动,引导学生自主探究学习和与他人互动小组活动找出重难点,更能让学生自主学习,充分地实践运用语言。本节课所需教具及资料:幻灯、图片、调查表等。

Free talk.
E.g. Good morning, is everyone here today
What’s your hobby ?
Do you like singing ?
What do your parents think about it ?
Would they like you to spend time singing ?
Do you have any problems?
What is your problem?
Lead-in a new lesson and show the title. 1. The students answer the teacher’s questions.
2.The whole class read the title 通过让学生Free talk,是为了调动课堂气氛,为引入课题和下面的教学作铺垫。
让学生有一个表象认识。
2.Pre- task (8’) 1. Show some pictures and things to get the students to say out the new words.
2.Let the students to read the new words together.
3.Ask the students to use the new words to complete the sentences
4. Play the tape and let the students listen and choose the best answer. (Activity 1)
5.T: My good friend Tony also has a problem, would you like to help him.
Now let’s listen again and say “T” Or “F” to the senteences. Play the tape and let the students choose T or F, using the words in the box. (Activity 2) 1.See the pictures and things to say out the new words.
2. Read the new words together.
3. The students compete the sentences individually.
4. Listen to the tape in Activity 1 and choose the best answer to the question:
What is Tony’s problem?
A) Tony will refuse to go to the guitar class. B) Tony spends too much time playing the guitar.
