摘要 毕业设计 PAGE IV  PAGE 7 小轴承套圈专用车床主传动系统设计 摘 要 作为主要的车削加工车床，轴承套圈车床是适合大批量生产，大功率，高效率的半自动化车床它主要用于轴承套圈的车削加工，也可用于加工盘类、套类等零件，在该机床上采用多把刀具同时加工零件，也采用仿型刀架加工各种成型表面。 本设计主要针对轴承套圈车床床头箱进行设计。床头箱的功用是支撑主轴和传动其旋转并使其实现起动、停止、变速等。床头箱中的传动机构包括定比机构和变速机构两部分，前者仅用于传递运动和动力，或进行升速、降速，采用齿轮传动副；后者用来使主轴变速，采用塔轮和滑移齿轮变速机构，其结构简单紧凑，传动效率高。设计的内容主要有机床主要参数的确定，传动方案和传动系统图的拟定，对主要零件进行计算和验算，利用CAD绘图软件进行零件的设计和处理，最终完成对本课题的设计，并使其能够满足设计要求。 关键词：数控机床 ，床头箱，轴承套圈 BEARING DESING CNC LATHE ABSTRACT As a major turning lathe, Bearing ferrule lathe are suitable for mass production, high power, high efficiency is mainly used for semi-automatic lathe turning bearing ring can also be used in processing plates, short axis type, cover type and other parts in the machine tool bed, while the processing of multi-component, also used a variety of molding processing profiling tool carrier surface. Headstock in fixed ratio transmission mechanism including the two institutions and the speed change mechanism, which is used only for the transfer movement and power, or acceleration, deceleration, with gear transmission; the latter used to make the spindle speed, sliding gear speed change mechanism, its simple and compact, high transmission efficiency. Designed mainly to determine the main parameters of a machine, transmission drive system diagram of the development program and, on the main parts of the calculation and checking friction plate, using CAD drawing software to design parts and processing, the final completion of the design of this issue and make its ability to meet the design requirements.
